Ciaoooo! My name is Feliciano Vargas~! But I'mma country, so I'm also the northern part of Repubblica Italiana. But since my brother and I are sort of disorganized, we're not really unified, vee. Backstory: Holy Roman Empire, despite being personified by a child, is one of the largest powers of Europe. His empire (debatable if he's an actual empire or not) is built of many smaller countries, and he greatly enjoys feudalism. However, he's concerned his empire could easily fall apart.
