Teenager ID

((This makes it official that there'll be a teenage event soon ^^
I have to finish the kiriban first..._{8 people to draw, I'm never going to survive, agh...} HRE's head is really slanted, dangit ;v;

I'll make a journal with some headcanons later, to start the event. For now, the ask box is closed until it's been posted.
HRE's outfit was from an old painting of Francis II of Austria, the last Holy Roman Emperor. I wanted him to look strict and much larger than Italy to symbolize the huge size different between Northern Italy (Italia Nord) and the HRE (Sacro Romano Impero.) He was supposed to look tired and angry; He knows he's going to die soon enough.
